Sore Throat









Cinnamon Tea


When cinnamon & honey combines will acts as antiseptic, anti inflammatory, antioxidants & other benefits will helps to cure the sore throat problem. 
Milk will helps to produce more mucus to get moist in the throat.

Mix:
  • Heat a cup of milk until hot but not boiling. 
  • Stir ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon powdered ginger, and a tablespoon honey until well mixed. 
  • Sip to soothe.



Honey Lemon Tea

Honey used in it will helps to coat your throat & lemon will helps to reduce mucus & hot water will relaxes the throat muscles.
When it is taken warm, it relieves from all the pains.

Mix:
  • Heat a cup of water and honey until hot, but not boiling.
  • Stir a teaspoon lemon juice and add a teaspoon sugar (optional) until well mixed.
  •  Sip to soothe.
