Honey and Cinnamon Cleanse



Every morning, always on an empty stomach, and half an hour before the breakfast. Take it again, at night, 45min after the dinner.

Mix:
  • Two teaspoons of ground cinnamon in a cup of boiled water.
  • Steep 15 min
  • When the water is cool, add two teaspoons of honey.
  • And drink.
If you take regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person.
Also, it doesn't allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even you eat a high calorie diet.
