Every morning, always on an empty stomach, and half an hour before the breakfast. Take it again, at night, 45min after the dinner.
Mix:
Two teaspoons of ground cinnamon in a cup of boiled water.
Steep 15 min
When the water is cool, add two teaspoons of honey.
And drink.
If you take regularly it reduces the weight of even the most obese person.
Also, it doesn't allow the fat to accumulate in the body, even you eat a high calorie diet.
