After New Year, January is a time to reflect on the changes we want or need to make.
- Eat 5/6 small meals a day instead of 2/3 big meals.
- Eat more fruit and vegetables
- Cut down on the junk food.
- Eat raw foot
- Don't eat 2 hours before you go to sleep.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
- Get at least 8 hours sleep
- Do 250-300 abdominal exercises a day (Planks, crunches...)
- Do plyometrics in exercises (push-ups, squats...)
- Do 30 minuts of cardio workouts (5 days per week)
- Be perseverance.
