New Year's Resolutions: Flat stomach



After New Year, January is a time to reflect on the changes we want or need to make. 

  • Eat 5/6 small meals a day instead of 2/3 big meals.
  • Eat more fruit and vegetables
  • Cut down on the junk food.
  • Eat raw foot
  • Don't eat 2 hours before you go to sleep.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
  • Get at least 8 hours sleep
  • Do 250-300 abdominal exercises a day (Planks, crunches...)
  • Do plyometrics in exercises (push-ups, squats...)
  • Do 30 minuts of cardio workouts (5 days per week)
  • Be perseverance.
